These Terms govern the use of pixbid.lol (the “Service”), including the public grid, buying and taking over blocks, payment and related features. By using the Service, creating or taking over a block, or paying, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or pay.

Pixbid is paid advertising space. You pay to display a block (image and link) on a one-million-pixel grid; size and position depend on the amount paid. Blocks are ads, not reviews or endorsements. Payment buys display, not traffic, clicks, customers, exclusivity or any result; anyone can pay more to take your block. It is not gambling, a lottery or a bet: no winnings are paid, no draw takes place.
You must be 18+ and able to contract. If acting for a company you warrant authority to bind it. You may not use the Service if legally barred (sanctions, etc.).
Prices are in euros incl. tax. A new block costs its area × the displayed price per pixel. Taking over a block costs at least double the current holder's bid; you may bid more. Payment is processed by Stripe; we store no card data. Completing checkout is a firm order; the block is created or taken over when payment is confirmed.
All payments are final and non-refundable. The service is digital and starts on payment confirmation. By requesting immediate performance you expressly waive any statutory withdrawal/cooling-off right where the law allows. Being outranked, fewer clicks, downtime, or removal for breach create no refund. Unjustified chargebacks are a breach; we may remove the block and refuse future use.
You may only list a site or profile you own or may represent, whose live site shows valid legal/operator details. You warrant you hold the rights, comply with all laws, do not impersonate anyone, and that the destination is not malware, phishing or a scam.
No illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, violent content or child exploitation; no sexual/adult content; no political, electoral, religious, union, activist or propaganda content, or content related to a geopolitical conflict; no chat/invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord…); no link shorteners hiding the destination; no counterfeiting or IP infringement; no offers needing a licence you lack; no manipulation of the Service (click inflation, bypassing limits, scraping, reverse engineering).
Pixbid is a neutral, apolitical advertising space. We may refuse or remove, at our sole discretion and without notice or refund, any block or destination that is political, religious, activist, controversial or divisive, even if lawful. Buying or taking over a block creates no right to publish such content.
We may refuse, hide, recategorise or permanently delete any block, with or without notice, for suspected breach or illegality, rights-holder complaints, missing legal details, or legal/security/reputational risk. Removal creates no refund.
Each block has a “report” link. To report infringement or illegal content, email contact@pixbid.lol with your details, the block, the destination URL, the problem, and a statement of accuracy and standing. We may remove or restrict the block while reviewing. Abusive notices may be ignored.
To run the grid we display public info about destinations (name, @handle, title, description, logo, favicon, Open Graph image) only to identify the listed product/profile. Pixbid, its mark and look are ours; you may not copy the Service or scrape the grid. Stripe, DataFast, X remain their owners' property.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, cache, adapt and publicly display the block and public metadata for as long as needed to run, promote and archive the Service. Removal does not undo a completed payment.
Appearing on the grid is not our opinion of a product. Click/visitor counts describe what our systems recorded; they promise no outcome. Outbound links leave Pixbid; those destinations have their own terms.
The Service is provided “as is”, may be unavailable or contain errors. We may change rules, prices, categories or these Terms; the date at the top is updated for material changes; continued use means acceptance.
To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability for a payment is limited to the amount paid for the block concerned in the prior three months. Mandatory consumer protections still apply.
You will indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable defence costs arising from your block, destination, payment or chargeback, breach of these Terms, or infringement of others' rights.
These Terms are governed by French law. Consumers may use a consumer mediator before court action (art. L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code). Failing amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rules. If a clause is invalid, the rest remains in force.
