Data collected. Email (payment and to attach your block), block content (name, link, image, tagline), and messages sent via the contact form. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe (we store no card).
Legal basis. Performance of the contract (buying or taking over a block, invoicing), legal obligation (accounting) and legitimate interest (anonymous audience measurement, moderation, fraud prevention).
Retention. Email and block data kept while the block is active on the grid; billing data kept as required by accounting and tax law (up to 10 years); contact messages kept for the time needed to handle your request.
Clicks and visitors. For anti-bot measurement and unique-visitor counting, IP and user-agent are hashed (never stored in clear) and used only to filter automated clicks and count visits.
Cookies. No tracking cookie. Only a functional language-preference cookie may be set (consent-exempt). datafa.st audience measurement is cookieless.
Recipients. Stripe (payment), o2switch (hosting), datafa.st (cookieless analytics). We never sell your data.
Your rights (GDPR). Access, correction, deletion, objection and portability: email contact@pixbid.lol. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (CNIL in France).
